[ Department ]: Timing and Compliance Collective

[ Research ]: Time and Its Relationship to Reality

[ Founding Status ]: Original IF Department

[ Department Overview ]

Founded alongside Dream Sequence Division, the Collective predates IF Labs' development into a full laboratory.

[ Project Involvement ]

> [Redacted] :: Collaboration with Dream Sequence Division

> QRNG Research :: Involvement in selected experiments

[ IRSLA Administrative Note ]

The Collective is considerably more intelligent than IRSLA. Its combined IQ reportedly requires summation notation and possibly interdepartmental scientific notation.
