[ Department Formation ]

IRSLA received a proposal for a department devoted to experimental propulsion.

The proposal may have originated with Dark Side Research.

The charter presented for signature named the Experimental Purplusion Group.

IRSLA signed it.

[ Administrative Inquiry ]

Whether "Purplusion" was intentional or a typo remains unresolved.

Vault's tendency to preserve errors consistently has been noted.

Regardless, the signed charter is the signed charter.
